This is where you search for books, videos, and resources that are physically located in the LHS library.
University of Texas Library Catalog
You should take advantage of the fact that we live in a city with a world-class research university! There will be a field trip to the Perry-Castaneda Library (likely in November), but you can go to the UT Library any time it is open. You can't check out books (unless you have a TexShare card--see below), but you can take notes, scan as much as you want on your phone or their scan-to-USB machines, etc.
Leander and Cedar Park Public Library Catalogs
If you live in city limits, membership at the public library is free! (Even if you live out of city limits, the fee is low ($15 in Leander, $35 in CP). Just have a parent take you and sign up (bring their photo ID/proof of address), and you have access to many more resources: not only what they have in their collection, but also access to inter-library loan. (You can have books from participating TX libraries shipped to your home library for you, for just a small processing fee (under $3!).
Once you are a member at your local public library (for 90 days in CP, for 30 days in Leander), you can get a TexShare card and thus have check-out privileges at any other participating library in Texas.
