About Mrs. Springs

Mrs. Springs was born in New York City but relocated to Danville, Virginia at age 10. After graduating high school she attended the University of Virginia where she received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Mrs. Springs has taught in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. This is her seventh year at North Elementary School and her19^th year of teaching.

She lives in Indian Land with her husband, son and their dog, Winston. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, trying to keep her houseplants alive and cheering on the Virginia Cavaliers. Go Hoos!
