In order to apply, you may choose one or both of the following two methods, depending on your eligibility.
Method 1
Support for a limited number of graduate students (up to 20) will be provided by MSRI. Applicants from MSRI’s Academic Sponsor Institutions can be nominated to attend and, if accepted, receive full support (travel, housing and food). Please see http://www.msri.org/web/msri/scientific/workshops/summer-graduate-school for details.
Method 2
All non-MSRI applicants, including graduate students, postdocs, and early career researchers, may »apply online. A curriculum vitae and a letter of recommendation are required.
Those applying using method 1 can also apply using method 2 (in case the MSRI supported positions are all filled). Undergraduate students with particularly strong motivation, capability and reference letters will also be considered. Full financial support for those applying using method 2 is generally not provided, but there may be some limited support for selected participants if funding permits.
The course is limited to 30 students.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The "apply" link above is only for non-MSRI applications. All MSRI-sponsored applicants need to be nominated by their MSRI Academic Sponsor Institutions.
