Outline Biography
Yazen was born in Baghdad - Iraq In April 1972. In 1995, he got his B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering. After graduating from undergraduate study, he worked in the laboratories of the department of electrical and electronic engineering for three years. In 2001, he gained his M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering majoring in digital signal processing. In 2006, he got a Ph.D. degree in Digital Signal Processing from the University of Technology - Baghdad - IRAQ. He got the professor title in June 2020.
In Nov. 2006 he started working in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Koya. Dr. Yazen from Nov. 2008 to May 2015 was the head of the software engineering dept - Faculty of engineering - Koya university. He has about 25 years of experience in the academic field.
