My Phiosophy in Teaching

- The instructor should treat the students in a way they feel having their own personality, idea and have different thought about the historical concepts, which are explained in the classroom every day. This will be done through a debate and motivating students for more participation in expressing their though.

- Understanding and the impact of the instructor on the students depends on the extent of the closerelationship between them. Therefore a close friendly relationship should be made with the students, attempts should be made to have a greater impact on them and this is for attracting the students’ attention and their loving to the subject.

- Attempting to make the students having a special view about any topic. That time a strong personality will be made by the instructor and implanting a feeling in them to avoid religious and racial alignment.
