Outline Biography

Rebwar is a Lecturer in specialization of law-public international law, He gained B.Sc degree in the University of Sulaimaniyah in 2004,since that year he was employed in the university of koya at the faculty of law,in 2008 he gained M.Sc degree in public international law in this university, in 2010-2011 he worked with American depoul university-Human rights law institute as a Trainer an participated in many of competitions witch have been organized by this institution,in 2012 he become a PhD Student in the Faculty of Law at the University of Mousl. he get PhD degree in public international law in 2017.
