My Phiosophy in teaching:

I Think that learning should be fun and useful in the same time.Teaching and learning involves an inherent contract. it is very connected with real life and everyone need to have enough knowledge about the topic. I encourage the students to work in groups or pairs to discuss the topic and know more than one idea. also, I give optional works to all of them to differentiate between regular students and those who are in higher level than others. Moreover, I am asking questions to low level students to make them proud that they know a lot and encourage them to try harder. them to enjoy and remember what they studied in the previous lessons. Feedback is another crucial activity that I gave them, and I ask them to give me to be in a better learning environment

I believe that scientific researches have a positive feedback to teaching quality. I am encouraging my students to be engaged in researches beside their study to expand their cognitive
