My Philosophy in Teaching

I do believe that any educational process should be built on some basic principles like ,for example,motivation which is very necessary for securing the transmission of the information inside the classroom.Thus, the teacher should almost always keep his students stimulated.Another important principle is adaptation.This principle should be maintained by the teacher as well as by the students and it backs up both teaching and learning processes since it provides great opportunities for creativity.Then,we have assessment.The teacher must be sure that all the outputs of his teaching are evaluated according to valid and consistent measures.In addition ,there are some other important things to be taken in consideration.The teacher must be sure that the scientific standards are maintained inside the classroom and at highest levels.
