Outline Biography
I am Lecturer at the Department of Educational Psychology, I joined the work at Koya University since 2004. I was a Department Coordinator from (2004 until 2008), before that I was a Teacher at Secondary Schools in Sulaymaniyah (1992-2004).
I gained a B.Sc. degree in Science and Biology from University of Salahaddin, in 1988, M.A. degree in Science Teaching Methods from Baghdad University in 2003, and PhD degree in Curriculum and General Teaching Methods from Koya University, in 2009.
In 2010 I became a Director of Teaching Quality Assurance Directorate till 2013, at Koya University.
I had participated at Revitalizing Research in Kurdistan International Conference (16/12/2010), Rehabilitation of Iraq Higher Education System Conference (1-2 March/2011) by IIE, and Modern Teaching Methodology Conference (28-30/1/2013) by IIE.
I also participated at several training courses and got certificates, for example in Teaching by UNESCO in 2003 in Sulaymaniyah, Teaching by Koya University in 2004, and Teaching Quality Assurance in George Mayson University at the USA in 2011, respectively.
Since 2004 until 2015, I was heading the Teaching Methods Committee at Koya University.
I have published (9) researches at Academic Journals, besides discussing 12 postgraduate’s students (2 of them were PhD).
Research Interests
My research interests focus on;
1. Education.
2. General Methods of Teaching.
3.Science Teaching Methods.
4.Curriculum.
