Outline Biography

Hawkar was born in Koya in 1982. He is currently a lecturer of ichthyology and phycology in the Department of biology, where he has joined the work since 2013. He gained a BSc degree in animal sciences at Salahadin University in 207, with standard good(72 %) . Later, in 2011 he got his MSc at Salahadin University in fish culture.
