My Philosophy in Teaching

The teacher Should understand Students and how they learn. He should Know that students do not all learn in the same way so it is the teacher's responsibility to understand the students ability, interest and Prior Knowledge.

The teacher has to love the subject that he teaches in order to make them come alive for my students.

I think that a teacher should play more than one role i.e inspite of teaching he has to be a great model for students to respect other and to be respectful persons in the society in this case the teacher should respect his students, respect their ideas and beliefs and expect his students to do so with the others.
