Summary
I completed PhD from University of Leeds, Faculty of Biological Sciences, IMCB on November 16th 2015 with strong experience in molecular biology, microbiology and general biochemistry techniques. Ability to master new techniques quickly and has efficient problem solving skills. Capable of analyzing scientific data from various fields. I joined Department of Medical Microbiology, Faculty of Sciences and Health, University of Koya as a member of their staff on January 3rd 2016.

Experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques including DNA cloning; restriction enzyme digests; PCRs; primer design; RNA work (RT-qPCR), in vitro transcription; electrophoresis; binding assays (EMSA and MST); bacterial transformation and conjugation; RNA-seq analysis; protein expression and purification; northern blot; SDS-PAGE; global and differential RNA-seq analysis; chromosomal DNA and RNA extraction; crude extract purification and analysis using LC-MS.
