As a member of teaching staff at Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architectural Engineering (DARE), I deliver different modules for Year 1 and 4 Undergraduates.
My Teaching Philosophy
Having had my career started in 2008, I developed a teaching philosophy that encourages students to learn rather than teaching them. As such, I believe in helping students learn and explore their courses other than only injecting them with information about the courses they are being taught. I also believe in making a friendly, healthy environment of debate, hence this would facilitate two-way communication and participation inside the lecture theatre, rather than dictating the students to do this and that or solve this problem set and not the other one as an example.
