September PTO Meeting Summary

PTO Collaboration | An email was sent to the other elementary school PTOs to coordinate a meeting to share ideas and discuss the 26-27 school year.

Volunteer Openings | There are a number of committee openings now and coming up!

• Book Fair Committee Chair & Members

• Teacher Appreciation Committee Chairs

Movie Night | Movie Night is set for Friday, Sept 19, and we will be watching Elio. Pizza is pre-order; popcorn is free.

Back-to-School Bash | We will be discussing the "rebrand" of this event for next school year!

Decathlon | Set for Wed, Oct 8, at St. John's!

• This year's fundraising goal is $22,500.

• There are fun incentives along the way:

  • 1. $10,500 - School-Wide Treats

    2. $15,500 - Extra Recess

    3. $20,500 - Bounce House at Decathlon

    4. $22,500 (GOAL) - Pie Staff Faces
