My name is Karie Bradley. I have taught for 22 years in public school in grades 2,3, and 4 and have worked in the preschool setting for 4 years as well. This is my 12th year at Chandler Elementary in second grade and my fifth year of Dual Language. The program is challenging to the students as well as the teachers and it has been a phenomenal experience !
I grew up in Central Texas in the town of Hillsboro. I ran a certified Home Daycare while I finished college through an Adult Degree Program at Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Tx. I also have a minor in Music, which is my first love. I love music! I also love to cook gourmet recipes and my FAVORITE place in the world is Isla Mujeres, Mexcio. My husband and I just adore the culture of the island.
I have been married to Bart ( a local Kilgore man) for 16 years and we have six sons together in a" yours, mine, and ours family" that range in age of 13- 31. We are very BUSY with various sports and activities.:) January 3rd my first grand child was born 3 years ago and we got a GIRL in the family finally! She is absolutely amazing and gorgeous! I also now have two grandsons and another grand on the way!:) I adore them all!!
I love teaching children and love them all as my own. I believe EVERY child deserves a chance at success and will do my BEST to help them find there strengths to utilize them now, as well as in their future.
