Recycling Project.....

Pak-sher, a Kilgore based plastic company, has challenged our students to a year round plastic bag recycling project. We are asking all students to bring Wal-Mart type plastic bags to their homeroom for collection once they have gathered a bundle. Please help our class by collecting these bags from your weekly grocery store visits, relatives, and neighbors. Not only will this be a valuable learning experience for your child to witness the recycling process but hopefully it will also make them more aware of the need for recycling. We are fortunate to have partnered with Pak-sher and appreciate the opportunities they have extended to us and our students. This will be a valuable science lesson that is tested on our yearly state tests. Thanks for your help and cooperation!!
