1. Once you are in the classroom you are to remain in the classroom. Be in your seat when the tardy bell rings working on your warm-up.

2. If you need to sharpen your pencil, do so BEFORE class beings.

3. You will need to bring the following items to class DAILY:

Pencil and eraser

Loose-Leaf paper

Math Folder

Journal

4. You will not be able to leave the room for ANY reason except an emergency. You get 2 bathroom passes a quarter.

5. No Food, candy, drinks or gum allowed in class.

6. If you come to class tardy, you must have a pass. No pass will result in an unexcused tardy, you will not be able to leave to go back and get a pass. So remember if you if you are late, make sure that you have pass. (Don't get put on the Drifter's List!)

Standards of Quality

1. All work must be neat and clean.

2. All work should be on notebook paper or the worksheet provided for you.

3. All work must be readable.

4. All work must be done in PENCIL.

Grading System

I. Daily Grades

1. Daily Grades are any daily assignment, homework, and warm-up activities.

2. ALL work must be shown and every problem completed in order to obtain credit.

II. Quizzes

1. If you miss a quiz; we will discuss a date for you to make it up.

III. Averages

1. To average your grade follow these steps:

Daily Average Total ÷ 2 = Average

+Test Average

IV. Discipline Plan

1^st warning- verbal warning

2^nd warning- student/teacher conference

3^rd warning- parent contact

4^th warning- referral to office
