This morning we will visit Hobbiton for The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movie set. Here you’ll see the fairytale landscapes of the Shire, including the hobbit holes, and visit the Green Dragon Inn and Mill.
Next travel through lush Waikato farmland to Waitomo Caves. We’ll see the amazing underground Glow Worm Grotto by boat and walk the Limestone caves. Later we follow the Waikato River, New Zealand’s longest river into Auckland.
