Andy Mayer, District Library Media Specialist, amayer@kewaskumschools.org
Mr. Mayer is in his 11th year in the Kewaskum School District as a library media specialist, and his 13th overall. He has grade K-12 Library Media Specialist, grade 1-8 Regular Education, and grade 1-8 History teaching licenses. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Madison in Geography and History, and his Master of Education degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Instructional Technology. He has a son in 2nd grade and a daughter in kindergarten. He likes to read non-fiction books about U.S. History from all time periods and non-fiction sports books, especially about baseball.
Mr. Mayer travels to each of the 4 schools in the district throughout the week and for the most part follows this schedule:
Mondays: FES , Tuesdays: KES, Wednesdays: KMS, Thursdays & Fridays: KHS

Jill Nitchke, KHS Library Paraprofessional (Mon/Fri)
Mrs. Nitschke was hired as a paraprofessional with the District in 2020. She had previously worked in many areas in the District since 2015. She has her Associates Degree as a Paralegal. She has been married to her husband Scott for 15 years and they have two sons, Easton and Tate, who attend KMS. They have a pet cat named Gary. In her spare time, Mrs. Nitschke enjoys being active with her family by going boating, traveling, or just enjoying the outdoors. Currently, her favorite genre of books is Historical Fiction.

Katie Little, KHS Library Paraprofessional (Tue-Thur)
Dr. Little served as a public educator for 32 years. She is now serving as the KHS library paraprofessional on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Health Education and Coaching from UW-Madison, Masters of Educational Leadership from Marian University and PhD in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from Cardinal Stritch University.
She enjoys reading all genres but has a fondness for spy/espionage mysteries. In her free time Dr. Little cooks, engages in construction and remodeling projects and participates in personal enrichment classes through the local technical colleges. Her husband is also an educator. They have a 24 year old son and a 21 year old daughter.

Jolene Aupperle, KMS Paraprofessional
Mrs. Aupperle started her career as an administrative assistant in April of 2000. For 22 years she enjoyed working in the Kewaskum High School Student Services office assisting school counselors, office staff, students and parents. She has been married to her husband, Dennis, for 29 years. They have a son, Derek, a daughter Brittany, (son in law - Cody) and two grandsons, Kade and Ferdinand. In her spare time she loves hiking, gardening, DIY projects and most of all, spending time with family.

Jenni Frank, KES Library Paraprofessional
Mrs. Frank has been with the district since February of 2015. She spent the last 7 years as a special education paraprofessional, and is excited to now be a part of the library team! She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood. She and her husband Russ have been married for 24 years, and have one daughter, Annelise, who is a junior at UW-Green Bay. In her spare time, Mrs. Frank enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
Brenda Banovich, FES Library Paraprofessional
Mrs. Banovich has been a Paraprofessional Substitute for the Kewaskum School District for the last 10 years. You may have seen her working in the offices, the libraries or helping out with special education. Since March of 2017 she works in the FES library. She has been married to her husband Steve for 21 years. They have a daughter (Bri college sophomore) and a son (J.J. in 12th grade). Mrs. Banovich loves to spend as much time as she can with her family. Whenever she is able to find some quiet time, she enjoys reading a good book!
