Coaches Forms

Tourney Reservation - to hold a spot in the NE Top 10. Deposit of two player fees must be received by April 1.

Roster Submission - by July 15. If you have changes after you submit, please email them to me at kris.conner@kearneycatholic. You do not need uniforms or numbered t-shirts. That is entirely optional. The college coaches prefer to have a roster of all players but numbers not required.
