Collection of EMS Training related Studies

This is a collection of publications relevant to Katalyst's training regime. It is a chronological list of publications discussing the applications and results of research linked directly or indirectly to Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS).

The list contains the authors, titles, and keywords of the publications as well as a brief summary of the test setup, subjects, and results.

The list is color coded and categorized by field of interest.

• Red: Competitive sports and athletes

• Yellow: Research on subjects with specific medical indications

• Green: General Fitness

• Blue: Recovery
