Copy of Birth Certificate is required for New Wrestlers
All practices will be held at Kaneland High School Wrestling Room
Practice for all ages will start on November 6, 2023 6:30pm Mondays & Wednesdays. Tots and Bantams will end at 7:30pm. Intermediate, Novice, and Seniors will end at 8:00pm. Extra Practice on Thursdays will be announced later in the season.

Wrestling Equipment that your Wrestler will need:
Wrestling Shoes: Please look at your child's school shoe size to correctly find good fitting
Wrestling shoes when ordering online.
Our Club does have limited sizes of used wrestling shoes donated for loan during
the season.
Please donate any wrestling shoes you may have at home to help other families
Wrestling Head Gear: Many experienced wrestlers purchase their own headgear. Our club
will have used head gear for loan if needed.
Other items for practice: Our wrestlers will perform practice in tee shirts and shorts. Some
wrestlers prefer to use a mouth guard if they have braces. You are encouraged to bring
your own water bottles to save time during practice breaks.
