A wide variety of physical activities will be performed during the course of your SVL fitness course that improve or maintain cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
This includes cardiorespiratory activity 4 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes with at least 180 calories burned.
A smartphone with the fitness tracker app
Any fitness tracker
10,000 steps 4 days per week measured by a fitness tracker or a smartphone
Signed by coach participation sheet (teacher will provide upon registration)
1. A student is enrolled in grades 9-12. (Incoming grade 9 for summer semester)
2. For "student athlete classes": a student is supervised by a coach at least three times per week
