Command Sergeant Major

Assists subordinate NCOS, XO, and adjutant with administrative duties. 

Advises and assists the Battalion Commander in all matters pertaining to the enlisted members of the Cadet Battalion.

Assists adjutant in the formation and alignment of Battalion in all formations and receives lists of absentees from Companies.

Supervises the Color Guard and all flag details ensures that First Sergeants submit weekly flag details.
