  • Do you live outside the Westridge neighborhood? If so, please submit a Choice Enrollment form to be considered for possible enrollment.

  • The form is available at at the school office or at http://www.jeffcopublicschools.org/enrollment/

  • The Round One form is for submission during January; the Round Two form is for submission February through August. Only one form is necessary.

  • Complete the form and mail, fax, or deliver it to the main office.

  • Do you already have a Jeffco Connect account?

  • Yes: go to Jeffco Connect use your current user name and password to log on, and go to step 2.

  • No: go to Jeffco Connect Create a Jeffco Connect account by clicking on the yellow button

  • and following the instructions to create your account. Log in using your username and password, and go to step 2.

  • Has your student ever attended a Jeffco preschool, school, or participated in Jeffco Child Find?

  • Yes: Your student already has a record in Jeffco Connect. Click on your student's name listed in the right-hand pane. If you do not see your student's name, click on "Add an Existing Student."

  • No: Create a record. Click on "Add a New Student" and follow the prompts to create a record and establish your connection to your student's record. Click on your student's name listed in the right-hand pane.

  • You may make updates to your student's record by clicking on each of the buttons on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • You may update: Student, Residence, Contacts, Enrollment and Language

  • When finished, be sure to click SAVE and SUBMIT

  • If enrolling a kindergartner, you will indicate a session preference* on the Enrollment tab in Jeffco Connect (see Step 3 above). Please select from:

  • Our morning session “KA” 8:25-11:00 am

  • Our afternoon session “KP” 12:30-3:00 pm

  • Our full-day tuition-based session “KG” 8:25 am- 3:00 pm. Tuition for the full-day program will be $300.00 per month.

    • After you have completed the online registration, please submit the following items to the school office:

      • your student’s birth certificate;

      • your student’s record of immunizations;

      • proof of your current address (for example, a utility bill or lease agreement);

*Although we can usually honor your preference, we cannot guarantee placement in your preferred session.

    • Jeffco Schools uses SchoolMessenger as our parent notification system: Click School Messenger to sign up and follow the instructions to access your account.

  • Full-day Tuition Based Kindergarten: $300 deposit is required upon registration, applied toward May 2013 tuition payment. Please make this payment to the school's office.

  • PaySchools: School fees for the 2012-13 school year will be posted by July 15, 2012. Pay school fees, including bus fee, online at PaySchools. If you opt not to use Payschools, print your student's fee sheet and make payment in the school's office.

  • Free and Reduced Lunch: Applications for the 2012-13 school year will be available by July 15, 2012. If applicable, complete the Free and Reduced Lunch program application. A paper application is also available in the school office. Click here to find the Free and Reduced Lunch link.

  • Mealpay Plus: Set up or add money to lunch accounts at Mealpay Plus.

  • Download, print, complete and return the following to the school to complete the enrollment process. Documents will be updated for the 2012-13 school year by July 15, 2012.

  • Certificate of Immunization, Medication Log (if applicable)

  • Conduct Code Agreement

  • Internet Usage Agreement
