Meet Mrs. Watkins

Hello!  My name is Mrs. Watkins.  I am  the Digital Teacher Librarian.  I am also the STEM Lab Coordinator in charge of the Tinker Lab. I grew up in Colorado and attended Jeffco schools.  After graduating from Colorado Christian University with a BA in Liberal Arts and an emphsis in Elementary Education, I taught in a classroom setting for nine years, also in Jeffco.  When I had my son in 2009 followed by my daughter in 2011, I took some time to be home with them.  I started my journey at Stott in 2018.  Recently, I completed my Master's Degree in Learning Design and Technology.

 As DTL I have several duties which include library collection, organization and distribution as well as device management for students, teachers and staff.  I am excited to continue this role and enjoy seeing Stott students twice a week when I have them in both the Library and the Tinker Lab!
