I am going to start off by saying how excited I am to be at Green Gables for my tenth year! I have been teaching in Jeffco for 19 years and am actually a Jeffco student myself. I attended the University of Northern Colorado for my undergraduate degree in teaching. After that I attended CU Denver and received my Masters in ESL.
On a personal note, I have been married for 17 years and have two kids with my husband Matt. We are the biggest Colorado Mammoth lacrosse fans you will ever meet. I am also very into Broncos football and pretty much any sport. Gavin is very active in his competitive lacrosse and football teams. Taytum was a performer in the Colorado Children's Chorale and got to travel internationally to sing and is now using her talents in high school advanced choir.
I am lucky to have my own kids and get to share in supporting their passions, but I would also like to share in your child's passions. My "why" is to be here to support every child in and outside of school. I want every child to feel loved, safe and confident. By supporting their passions, I hope they are driven to do better today than they did yesterday!

Hello 4th Grade Families!
I am so excited for my 6th year of teaching at Green Gables! I am a proud graduate of Jeffco & had the wonderful opportunity to be a 4th Grade resident with Mrs. Peterson at GG prior to being accepted for a full time teaching position in 2nd grade! This will be my first year taking on 4th grade. I am truly blessed to call this wonderful school and community my home!
In addition to teaching, I am married to my wonderful husband Taylor and mama to my precious kiddos, Camden (4) & Norah (1). Some things I enjoy during my free time include: traveling, reading, binge watching doctor shows, sipping coffee, and trying out new restaurants. But above all else, nothing beats time with my wonderful family.
For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for working with children and spent many years while in college doing so. I was a High School student when I became serious about teaching and now looking back I know it was the best possible pursuit. I cannot wait to see what this year holds and all of the wonderful memories and accomplishments in store for this year's 4th graders!

Hi! I am so excited to be starting my first year teaching 4th grade at Green Gables. After completing my Residency program here last year I am so lucky to be able to continue my teaching career as a Leprechaun!
I am a Colorado Native and Jeffco is near and dear to my heart as I attended all K-12 schooling in the district. I graduated in 2025 with my Bachelors Degree from MSU Denver and I live in Littleton with my husband, Carlos, and two boys Henry (3) and Franklin (1). We love to spend time outside and with family as much as possible!
While I am here to support your child in every aspect of their education, my main goal is to create a safe and loving environment where they can feel supported, encouraged, and held to their greatest potential. I truly believe we become a family during the 9 months we are together and I can't wait to watch them grow everyday!
