Bio.: Ms. Jennifer Tompkins has been teaching English for 31 years; the first 11 of which were in Catholic schools. She has been teaching high school English at D'Evelyn for the past 20 years in grades 9-11. This year she is very excited to return to 7th grade after 20 years in high school!
Ms. Tompkins has a Bachelor's degree in English as well as a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading and Writing.
Ms. Tompkins is married to Mr. Schmeckpeper, and they have three daughters and two yellow labs. Her favorite hobbies are cycling and cross country skiing and of course, reading and taking classes online.
