Teacher Bio

My name is Ms. Hayashi and this is my 10th year teaching at Standley Lake High School. I am currently teaching Modern American History, APUSH, and AP Government and Politics. In the past I have taught World History, Geography, and courses for Non-Native English Speakers. Prior to teaching at SLHS I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I majored in History with a minor in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies. I also recently graduated from Regis University, where I obtained a Master's degree in Educational Equity and Policy. When I'm not teaching I love to travel!
