Mission: The Arvada West Cheerleading team will provide school spirit and leadership that supports our athletic teams and school community; as well as, represent our school well in the competitive sector of our sport. 

Vision: The Arvada West Cheerleading team is committed to developing skills and traits that promote success that goes beyond the sport and high school experience.  We are committed to building character through personal integrity, work ethic, accountability, loyalty, self-discipline, dedication, and respect; to shape lifelong qualities that make our athletes better, more successful members of our global community.
