A West-Spirit

Mission Statement

Our main purpose is to encourage school spirit and pride in Arvada West High School.

As a Spirit Squad we promote positive team and student body sportsmanship. We are honored to be able to support all Arvada West sporting events and activities.

Some fun things we do:

  • Attend Cheer and Pom (Dance) Camp over the Summer

  • Community Service/Volunteering

  • Cheer/Pom Competitions

  • Pee Wee Clinic and Performance

Spirit squad members understand that team work and the maintenance of discipline is the key to the success of the spirit program. Arvada West Cheers and Pom are dedicated to promoting spirit, enthusiasm, and a positive winning attitude through example. We maintain high academic achievement, loyalty, teamwork, self-discipline, dedication, commitment, and respect.
