Rental Rates

Note:

  1. Auditorium rental includes:

    • 2 wired microphones

    • 2 additional microphones are available on request at the time of booking

    • Center stage projector screen and projector can be used

    • Chairs and Tables are available

    • Risers are available

  2. Any overtime usage will be prorated.

  3. Expected to follow the check-in and checkout guidelines, and clean the facility as it was before the event. If not followed, there could be additional cleaning charges.

  4. All kitchen use is shared use (JCNC volunteers may share the kitchen). Water Kegs (3) and jugs (one per dining room table) will be provided.

  5. For special restrictions, please refer to the licensing agreement.

  6. The renter is responsible to observe all applicable laws and regulations with reference to the usage of the facility. The city ordinance prohibits the program activity beyond 12:00 AM

  7. Fire Permit for weddings and other events in the auditorium will be charged the incidental cost and the deductible amount. Umbrella insurance is required.

  8. The renter is responsible for all setup and cleanup. Renter to bring Ice. JCNC kitchen refrigerator and freezer have limited capacity (shared use on space available basis).

  9. Food can be served in Dining Hall or in the Auditorium if it is a banquet-style rental. Serving tables for food in the Lobby area are not permitted.

  10. Stage Rehearsal will be charged at $75/hour between Monday – Thursday provided Auditorium is also booked by the same renter for the same program

  11. For JCNC members, there is no charge to use the auditorium for Shoksabha prayers (maximum of 3 hours).
