Remember that suffixes such as -er and -est are added to the
ends of words to make new words: kind, kinder, kindest.
Note that the spelling of some words must change when
the suffix is added: thin, thinner, thinnest; easy, easier, easiest;
cute, cuter, cutest. We use these words to make comparisons!
