Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! 

The School District of Janesville (SDJ) believes in prioritizing the safety, health, and wellness of our community.  In support of that effort, there are videos that all SDJ employees are required to watch per the Department of Public Instruction. Employees in the SDJ are also required to read and understand the Employee Handbook and Ethical Code of Conduct.  Please note that this must be done on an annual basis.  Thank you in advance for your attention to these requirements.

Directions:

1. Read the Employee Handbook, Technology Liability Agreement, and Staff Ethics (links also below).

2. Watch all mandated videos in their entirety.  At the end of each video, make sure to send your results to mandatory.reporting@janesville.k12.wi.us You must complete this step as well as complete the acknowledgement link after the last video.  

3. Click on the acknowledgment link after the last video. This is located at bottom of the videos page.

4. Please fill out the google form as your electronic signature and click submit.
