If you need a visa, then please indicate so in the registration form and we will send you a suitable official invitation letter. See also the official website of the MFA of Armenia for further information.
All offline participants are expected to arrive to the hotel on January 25 before 23:00 and stay throughout the entire duration of the ITYM until February 1.
Team leaders are requested to send travel details of their teams (train or flight number, scheduled arrival date and time) to oc@itym.org.
Participants who are willing to arrive before January 25 or to leave after February 1, should do so at their own extra-expense. Note that these extended days are not an official part of ITYM, and we cannot assume responsibility of any kind.
The easiest way to get to Armenia is by airplane. Zvartnots International Airport is located 15 km west of Yerevan (the capital of Armenia). A person from the Local Organising Committee will meet you at the airport upon your arrival (look for a person with an ITYM 2025 poster).
