The Board of Trustees exists to enable ISPP to live out its vision, mission and values through sound and transparent management and fiscal practices, and to advocate for the school in the external community.
The Board is vested with all executive authority for ISPP by the Association. In carrying out its work, the Board is at all times guided by the ISPP mission, vision, and the spirit of this Charter.
The Board has up to nine and no less than five voting Trustees, of which:
a. four are elected by the Members of the ISPP Association;
b. five are appointed, with no more than three coming from outside the ISPP community.
Only one (1) parent or legal guardian per family may serve the Board at the same time.
