REFUNDS:
Full Refund: A full refund of all registration fees paid will be granted, if requested in writing before 29 August 2024.
Partial Refund: A 75% refund of all registration fees paid will be granted, less a RM50 refund processing fee, if requested in writing after 29 August 2024 but before 12 September 2024.
No Refund: No refund will be granted for any cancellation request made after 12 September 2024.

Workshop Overview
The Cognitive Coaching Advanced Seminar provides refinement and depth of learning for those desiring to achieve expert proficiency in Cognitive Coaching and is highly supportive of those who wish to begin the pathway to becoming an agency trainer.
The completion of Cognitive Coaching Part 1 and Part 2 and the Advanced Cognitive Coaching Part 1 is a pre-requisite for attending the Advanced Cognitive Coaching training.
Learning Outcomes
By participating in this training, the learner will:
Refine and extend core coaching capabilities and skills.
Develop skills with advanced forms of paraphasing, probing for specificity and inquiring to mediate the thinking of others.
Expand the possibilities of and applications of our identities as mediators.
Frame personal coaching mastery as a journey, not a destination.
Ochan Kusuma-Powell
OCHAN KUSUMA POWELL is an international educator and consultant to schools worldwide. She presents in the areas of coaching, special education, inclusion and collaboration. Ochan is a founding member of the Design Team for the Next Frontier Inclusion, a not-for-profit organization that supports international schools in becoming increasingly inclusive at a systems level. She is the co-author of several books on inclusion, differentiation. Ochan serves as an Associate Trainer for Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools.
