Foundation Adaptive Schools Seminar - SUNY Credit

Two (2) SUNY Credits from SUNY have been approved. Here is the SUNY registration forms.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUNY APPLICANTS - Prerequisite for applying SUNY credit

• All students MUST be officially accepted to Buffalo State College as a “degree seeking” (completing the Master’s Degree program) or “non-degree seeking” student (PD only). If a student has taken courses in the past, but has not applied and been officially accepted to Buffalo State they must complete an application which includes official copies of transcripts and WES/Silny evaluations if necessary.
• Students MUST have a banner ID before submitting any SUNY Credit forms for ISKL/non-ISKL workshops.
