Workshop Overview
Bambi Betts from Principals' Training Center (PTC) will be here in ISKL to provide retreat with both ISKL's admin council and board members.
Learning Outcomes
Bambi will work with all ISKL's admin council members and board members for two days.
Bambi Betts
Bambi Betts is the Director of the Principals' Training Center for International School Leadership and has been actively involved with the PTC since its inception as a course developer, trainer and co-trainer for the PTC's Essential Skills courses. Bambi is also the CEO of the Academy for International School Heads (AISH).
She has held positions as Director of Escuela Campo Alegre, Deputy Superintendent and middle school Principal in Caracas, and also a senior school head in Portugal.
Bambi is a leading consultant on a wide range of topics in international schools and conducts on-site training modules related to the effective international school. She has written many articles on practical ways to improve international schools and authors a regular column on the PTC pages of The International Educator (TIE).
