Enrollment Forms

Enrollment forms for children that are 3 or 4 years of age as of September 1st of current school year are mailed out the beginning of August. If you DO NOT receive paperwork and your child is eligible please email: tracihenry@isd837.org

*Children who are 4 years of age are eligible to enroll in Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten classes 5 half days a week (morning/afternoon)

Monday-Friday, from 7:50am-11:00am or Monday-Friday from 12:00pm-3:10pm

*Children who are 3 years of age are eligible to enroll in School Readiness classes 2 half days a week

Mon./Wed.. from 8:00am-11:00am or Tues./Thurs.. from 8:00am-11:00am
