Mrs. Lindseth

Special Education Teacher

Welcome! My name is Rhonda Lindseth, and I am a Special Education Teacher at Magelssen Elementary School. For the past 25+ years, I have taught students in grades K-12 in North Dakota and am beginning my fifth year teaching elementary students in Fosston. My husband and I are originally from Erskine. We are fortunate to have our two children, their spouses, and three grandchildren in the area. We enjoy spending time with family, motorcycling, water activities, and downhill skiing.

I teach because I enjoy working with children, welcome the challenge of determining how each student learns best, watching students' faces light up when concepts are understood, and being a part of celebrating their achievements. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with talented teachers and administrators who juggle their many duties to provide a quality education for students. This is especially true of the staff and administration at Fosston Public School.

The special education departments at Fosston Public School work in tandem with the Area Special Education Cooperative (ASEC) to provide comprehensive education services to students. ASEC is a cooperative of 12 school districts in northwestern Minnesota. The primary goal of the cooperative is to provide support services to teachers, administrators, parents, and students with disabilities.
