DBStrata
DBStrata is a software application that allows you to apply different density-based clustering methods on spatial databases with noise. This application permits identification of the relevant clusters through a clustering validation index, allowing good performance on noise detection.
It was written using Numpy Scientific Library for Python 2.6 with PyQt Graphical User Interface Library to facilitate modifications by the user. For plotting we make use of Matplotlib python library.
To run our software on your system, it need to install:
- A Python interpreter (2.6) available at http://www.python.org/
- Numpy scientific computing library available at http://numpy.scipy.org/
- Matplotlib plotting library available at http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/
- PyQt graphics library available at http://pyqwt.sourceforge.net/download.html
