About Mrs. Ohrt
Hello! My name is Mrs. Ohrt!
I graduated from The University of Northern Iowa in December 2012 with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and endorsements in Reading and English/Language Arts. I have obtained my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction through Graceland University.
My husband Ryan is the Tech Assistant at the Independence School District! I have two daughters Charlotte and Amelia. This is my eleventh year of teaching at the Independence School District. I taught 6th grade my first year and have taught 4th grade since. Fourth grade is a fun year! We have so many great things planned! I am confident this year is going to be a memorable year for both myself and your child!!
In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, it is always nice to visit my hometown! I also enjoy going for walks, reading, working out, cooking, dancing, and shopping!
