Dr. Sourav Saha

I am working as an Assistant Professor (UK Lecturer) in Cyber Security within the Department of Software Engineering and Cybersecurity, School of Computer Science and Digital Technologies, College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Aston University, Birmingham, UK.

Previously, I held the position of Senior Research Associate for Securing Convergent Ultra-large Scale Infrastructures (SCULI) at School of Computing and Communications, Lancaster University, Bailrigg, UK

Prior to that, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher under the supervision of Prof. Panos Papadimitratos in Networked Systems Security (NSS) Group at the Department of Computer Science, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.

I have completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at the Center for Security, Theory and Algorithmic Research, International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India, under the supervision of Prof. Ashok Kumar Das. I received his Master of Science (MS) by Research degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sri City, AP, India and my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar, India. 

My current research interests: Securing IoT applications, V2X Security, Cryptography, Security and Privacy in Vehicular Communication, Internet of Things.
