In 1998, Coach Harms was hired as the Head Men's Track coach at Alden High School and continued in that position until the High school closed in the spring of 2004. Coach Harms was then hired as 7-12 Throws Coach for the first year of the Iowa Falls-Alden Men's Track Program and continued in that role for three seasons until 2008. In 2008, Coach Harms was hired as the Head Men's Track Coach at IFA. This will be his 17th season at the helm of the Men's Track Program at Iowa Falls-Alden.

Coach Lenguadoro started his career as Head Coach at Mabel Minnesota for two years, followed by 8 years as Head Track Coach at West Lyon. Gerry was hired as the Iowa Falls Head Men's Track Coach for the 1975 Season. Gerry led the Cadets for 23 consecutive years through 1997.
