Class Description

Class Description

7th graders will use the Envisions curriculum. This is an online curriculum that students can access with their Savvas usernames and passwords here!

In 7th grade math, students will explore concepts related to  circles and cylinders, operating with rational numbers, working with proportional relationships, and analyzing data.  A lot of what students will learn this year, builds upon the concepts introduced in 6th grade.  Additionally, students will be focusing on problem solving by applying the skills they have acquired to tackle various mathematical challenges.

Students should also have notes on what we've talked about in class in their notebook.

Students can retest on any assessment.  To retest, students must have all homework assignments turned in. When the student is ready to retest, they will need to complete the Request to Retest and Ms. Elisha will give them their retest.  A new score for the assessment will be added to the gradebook in place of the previous score.
