The Iowa Cable Advertising Network (ICAN, Inc.), is based in Marion, Iowa. We bring Community Cable Advertising to over 100 cities and over 70,000 homes across the state of Iowa. Working in conjunction with independent telcos and municipal cable providers, ICAN is able to air television commercials for local advertisers in top rated programs such as:

Then, we target these commercials to the specific communities our advertisers would like to reach. Advertisers may target zones where their potential customers are watching.

By building the Iowa Cable Advertising Network, we have become the dominant cable advertising sales organization for independent cable providers in the state of Iowa. We have worked with these operators to implement a variety of insertion platforms including: Analog, Digital, MPEG2, MPEG4, High Definition, and IPTV.
