HPCMS CREATES is a diverse group of teachers and staff that share a like minded vision to promote equity, inclusion and community.  

The goals of CREATES are to 

• Give students an opportunity to share their voice and lived experience. 

• Allow students a chance to learn from one another’s culture and experiences

• Work to make  everyone feel welcome and seen
