HMS Somerset County Teen Arts Festival Information Page
HMS is entering its 23th year of participation in the Somerset County Teen Arts Festival! The festival takes place at Raritan Valley Community College on May 16. Students may submit works in the categories of creative writing, dance, theater, film, vocal or instrumental performance, or visual arts. Students and/or student groups interested in participating should complete the form of their discipline below.
Calendar of Deadlines: While the festival date is set, the deadlines to submit applications, release forms, and writing, art, and film works is to be announced in November. Check back for an update to these dates by December. SEE MRS. PRESUTO WITH QUESTIONS AT npresuto@htps.us

Note: Mrs. Presuto will submit school wide applications in the categories of visual art, large groups theater, and creative writing.

All writing students should see their writing teacher to sponsor their work. All student writings must be word processed in Word or Google Doc format and emailed to Mrs. Presuto by February 23, 2024 for selection. Only 20 entries will be submitted. See the formatting document below.
All dance students should see Ms. Purtiz.

All music students should see your music teacher or Mrs. Presuto.
All art students will be invited by their art teachers.
Any teacher may sponsor a students’ video submission.
