New Intern Documents

Congratulations on being selected for a Senior Outreach Internship! 

Before we finish the school year there are a few administrative items that have to be completed. Please print and complete ALL of the required documents on this page. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS. 

1- Carefully read and then sign the Senior Outreach Contract.

2- Complete and sign the Confidentiality Pledge.

3- Complete and sign the Media Release. 

If you have been awarded an internship with any of the Hillsborough Township Offices, you must also print, complete and sign the HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT/RELEASE.  

There are signatures that you must procure and then return ALL of the documents to me at one time. You may simply have one of the office staff in the upstairs Counseling Office place them in my mailbox.  

OR

You may bring to me in room 232 or place them in my mailbox in the upstairs Counseling Office. Please note the date that is noted in my email to you. Please don't hesitate to email me with any and all questions. 

PLEASE TURN THEM IN TO ME BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR -June 19th!
